Congratulations on purchasing a rose box from Rosen Hirsch

We want you to enjoy your roses for as long as possible! We therefore ask you to strictly observe the following information:

• The roses must under no circumstances come into contact with water; this would reverse the preservation process and the roses would wither or rot.
• Touching the rose heads is also counterproductive since we have moisture and oils on our hands. The roses will lose shape and color where touched.
• The roses are firmly incorporated into the box. It is not possible to remove individual roses from the arrangement. However, please handle the box with care; it should neither be tipped or thrown.
• Rose arrangements will have their longest lifespan if they are kept at room temperature and in a shady spot. Direct sunlight can cause color changes. When choosing a place for your rose box, please also consider that the roses can stain if they come into contact with textiles.
• It is best to remove the dust that will accumulate on the flowers with a very soft brush.
